There are only a handful of lenders in Australia that offer a product that can be used in the Compass Program. Compass negotiate the best deal for each client’s individual situation
Investment Advice
Our sister company DJM Advisors. A respected member of the CPAA, undertake a detailed analysis of the potential investment and the impact that it will have on the member’s tax position and potential home loan reduction.
Legal Services
We recommend Johansen Property Lawyers for conveyancing and legal advice in all matters pertaining to the Compass Program and estate planning.
Property Management
Compass Property Services act as a supervisory property manger for all property in the Compass Program. Where it is not practical to manage the property directly a sub agent will be appointed.
